A serious road accident occurred this Tuesday evening in Laknas, Tirana, where a 48-year-old man lost his life.
According to preliminary information from the Police, the incident occurred at around 20:30 on "Mother Teresa" Street, where a vehicle driven by citizen EV, 20 years old, collided with a motorcycle driven by citizen LG, 48 years old.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the motorcycle died at the scene.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle has been escorted to the police station for procedural actions.
The investigation team is at the scene and is working to fully clarify the circumstances and causes that led to the fatal accident.
