Thousands of citizens took to the streets of Tirana today for the ninth consecutive protest against the Rama government and the resort in Zvërnec. Albanian communities in various European countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Italy, have organized support rallies, expressing solidarity with the protesters in Tirana and demanding political change in the country.
In parallel with the developments in the capital, protests have also been organized in other cities such as Korça, Elbasan and Vlora. Hundreds of citizens have participated in marches and public activities, expressing their dissatisfaction with the political class and opposing certain projects, including the construction of a resort in the Zvërnec area.
