Prime Minister Rama has publicly lied about the Zvërnec project.
While it has repeatedly stated that there is no building permit for the project in question, there is no final project and there is no construction, it turns out that the building permit does exist.
It was taken at the meeting on January 28, 2025 of the National Territorial Council. Point 39 of the agenda states:
“Building Permit for the facility: “Tourist Resort on the Zvërnec Peninsula”, Residential Block F1V2, F1V3, F1R6”, located in Pishë Poro-Nartë, Municipality of Vlorë, with the developer company “Zvërnec South Adriatic Development” sh.pk”
Meanwhile, at the meeting of April 29, 2026, the National Territorial Council approved the paving and other works in function of the access roads within the property, works that would be carried out by the same company "Zvërnec South Adriatic Development".
"Infrastructure Construction Permit for the facility: "For the performance of fencing and preparatory works in function of the construction of access roads within the property", with the developer company "Zvërnec South Adriatic Development" sh.pk"
Meanwhile, not long ago, in a note on X, Rama reiterated that there was no permit and no final project for the resort in question.
