The 2A Group company, owned by Valon Ademi, has responded to businessman Behgjet Pacolli regarding the Vlora airport. Ademi's reaction comes after Pacolli's latest post on Facebook.
The head of 2A Group writes that he is not at war with those who speak metaphors, but with "Compartement Bernina" who wants to buy the national flag.
Ademi adds that Compartment Bernina is represented by Burt Turtelboom, who once represented the Russian side in negotiations at the Paris Club.
"I am not at war with those who speak in metaphors, nor with those who cover up deception with smiles, nor with masks. My fight has no names, but it has meaning. My fight is with Compartment Bernina, not as a name, but as a symbol of that world that seeks to buy our flag. It is represented by Bart Turtelboom, the man who once represented the Russian side in negotiations with the Paris Club. It is not a coincidence, it is a memory. A reminder that behind every financial formula that seems calm, there may be a hidden intention to eradicate the roots. I am not fighting for money, because systematically until August, Pacolli offered me money. I am fighting not to lose the meaning of the word "ALBANIA". Because for me, Vlora International Airport is not an investment, it is a part of the soul of a nation that rises to fly above the shadows that want to keep it down." it is stated in the 2A Group's reaction on Facebook.
Earlier Hashtag.al explained in detail Pacolli's scheme to transfer the stolen shares at Vlora airport to a corporate module that neutralizes the Albanian state's ability to later take the shares. Part of the module are "Compartment Bernina" and "Delpho Securities".
Two days ago, the Tirana Court decided to block any possible action against the concessionaire of Vlora International Airport.
According to the decision, the Tirana Court has accepted the submitted request and has taken the measure of securing the lawsuit against the Company "Vlora International Airport - VIA" SH.PK, suspending any decision planned at the General Assembly of Partners, which was scheduled to be held on October 20, 2025.
Also, based on the decision, the voting rights of the majority shareholder, the company "Mabco Constructions SA", are suspended until the registration of the contract for the sale of 49% of the capital shares of the company VIA sh.pk, transferred on April 3, 2025 to the buyer "2A Group" sh.pk.
The Tirana Prosecution Office has structured a group of prosecutors to investigate the Vlora airport issue.
The investigation has been registered for 3 individuals: businessman Behgjet Pacolli with his brother Emin Pacolli, as well as citizen Nelson Çela, administrator of the parent company in Switzerland Mabco Construction SA.
The way Pacolli has acted so far raises concerns that he may be creating a corridor for Russian strategic interests in Albania.
