
In the Dibra District, only one ballot box out of a total of 222 ballot boxes remains to be counted, while preliminary results point to a clear victory for the Socialist Party.
According to the latest data published by the CEC, the Socialist Party leads with 32,033 votes, representing 56.18% of the votes, thus giving the Socialists 3 mandates in this district. The DP-ASHM coalition ranks second with 21,725 votes or 38.10%, which translates into 2 mandates, one less than in the previous elections.
