The deputy of the Democratic Party, Asllan Dogjani, gave a statement to the media after his appearance at SPAK, where he said that he was called for investigation for non-declaration of assets.
Dogjani said that he denounced corruption in relation to a property, where the Cadastre, after changing the director, canceled the legalization and restricted the use of the property for 99 years.
He also accused that part of the public property, such as the garden and the palace, were used unfairly.
Dogjani emphasized that one of the owners of this land has 100 euros in debt to pay off and accused the state of not acting on his complaints.
"The Cadastre, after the director has changed, has canceled the legalization, limits the property for 99 years.
I come to SPAK to denounce corruption and that fraud continues to use the public property, the garden and the rest of the palace.
She was the owner of this plot of land and allowed the municipality to turn it into a public garden.
The Court's decision that one of the owners owes him 100 thousand euros since then.
Another has left home and is now living on rent.
I am a deputy. I can't find a solution because I am forced that my country does not react. In another country, if a member of parliament denounces, the state should have been shaken or I would be punished for false reporting". he said.
Dogjani said that he went to SPAK to get a copy of the act on CD. He accuses the construction businessman Ilirjan Çela of occupying the public garden and legalizing it to build another palace, destroying the green spaces.
Dogjani was accompanied to SPAK by the residents and former owners of the building. The deputy said that there is also a file which he took to the ambassadors, because according to him the Albanian state does not work.
"Today I took both the residents and former owners of the building where they live, because that's why I came today and I took the copies of the deed on CD. Here I also have a file which I have also taken to the ambassadors because the Albanian state is not functioning. I asked for interpellations, I held debates in the parliament, I asked Prime Minister Rama about the robbery of public property. But what impresses me is that I report theft of public property with corruption. I publicly denounced the robbery of public property in the middle of Tirana in cooperation with the Cadastre. The registry itself has canceled its own legalization decision, we have reported it to the prosecutor's office.
I will also show you a picture to show you what has been legalized because it is very interesting. This here is the housekeeper who allegedly lived in Ramazan Gjoshi in front of the palace, who used it as a housekeeper for the workers when this Ilirjan Çela built the palace and then legalized 210 square meters of land."
