The deputy of the Democratic Party, Asllan Dogjani, gave a statement to the media after his appearance at SPAK, where he said that he was called for investigation for non-declaration of assets.
Dogjani said that he denounced corruption in relation to a property, where the Cadastre, after changing the director, canceled the legalization and restricted the use of the property for 99 years.
He also accused that part of the public property, such as the garden and the palace, were used unfairly.
Dogjani emphasized that one of the owners of this land has 100 euros in debt to pay off and accused the state of not acting on his complaints.

She was the owner of this plot of land and allowed the municipality to turn it into a public garden.

Dogjani was accompanied to SPAK by the residents and former owners of the building. The deputy said that there is also a file which he took to the ambassadors, because according to him the Albanian state does not work.
