Today, Lezha Police implemented 5 security measures determined by the Court of this city for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", after an investigation into an object built without permission in Patok i Kurbin.
The security forces have executed the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the citizen Jetmir Mzhika, 35 years old, resident of Fushë Mamurras, who is the director of IMT in the municipality of Kurbin. Meanwhile, the security measure "House arrest" has been implemented for citizen Flor Gjini, 40 years old, resident of Lezhë, who was the former chief inspector of IKMT in Lezhë.
Also, the three inspectors of the IMT, near the Municipality of Kurbin, citizens: RI, 38 years old; Sh. P., 57 years old and AP, 41 years old, all three residents of Milot. "The court has appointed personal security measures within the framework of an investigation carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of Lezha, for the illegal construction of an object in Patok" - it is stated in the announcement of the Police.
The case is being investigated by the Lezha prosecutor's office under the direction of Sabri Kastrati. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office of Lezha for further actions.
