The Prosecution of Elbasan has issued a restraining order for 40-year-old Durim Koçi, who hit the guard of a 9-year-old school in Elbasan.
The 40-year-old man is accused of hitting the guard in the premises of the institution where he worked because of his duty.
He raped the school guard in front of the students, while the old man fell to the ground from the blows.
It was a parent who came to his aid, after the guard stood up.

The Elbasan Prosecutor's Office registers the criminal proceedings against the DK citizen for 'Assault due to duty'
The Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, on 16.02.2024, based on the investigative material received from the Elbasan Police Station, registered criminal proceedings no. 298, for the criminal offense "Assaults due to duty", committed in the premises of the institution where the person performs the duty provided for by article 237/5 of the Penal Code with a person under investigation DK, of the birthday 1984.
Following the in-depth investigative actions, in cooperation with the Elbasan Police Station, on 17.02.2024, the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office issued the relevant order, which assigned the execution of the detention to the judicial police services of the Elbasan Police Station.
Investigations continue in cooperation with the state police.
