Vyacheslav Volodin blamed the West's top leaders, saying they had made a number of "failed decisions and clung to their positions that benefited from his death".
"All of them, their names are known, from the NATO secretary general and the US leadership to Scholz, Sunak and Zelensky, are guilty of Navalny's death. It is those who have made a large number of failed decisions and cling to their positions who benefit from his death." he said on his Telegram channel.
