A 27-year-old man was arrested by the police in Shkodër after stabbing a 22-year-old man during a conflict.
According to the police, the 27-year-old man was arrested after several hours of pursuit.
The event happened around 09:10, in the "Skënderbeg" neighborhood, after a momentary conflict, for weak motives. The 22-year-old, a resident of the village of Hot i Ri, is receiving medical assistance and his life is out of danger.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
