A large fire broke out at noon in Mirdita.
Strong flames have been observed in the Bukëmira area, endangering several homes and planted areas.
Firefighters from Mirdita, Tirana, Kukës and Burreli, those from Civil Emergencies, and a Ministry of Defense helicopter have been deployed to extinguish the flames.
According to Minister Peleshi, it is suspected that the fires are intentional and authorities are investigating to find the possible perpetrators.
