DP leader Sali Berisha has traveled to Azerbaijan to participate in the 9th Global Forum in Baku.
This is his first official visit abroad since his re-election as head of the Democratic Party.
Berisha says that this forum is a special opportunity to express the DP's positions on developments in the country, the region and Europe.

Greetings from Baku, where I have come at the invitation of the Governing Board of the IX Global Forum to participate in the proceedings of this Forum, which this year has as its agenda: 'Challenges to the world order'.
The Forum is organized by the 'Nizami Ganjavi' International Center. Dozens of Presidents, Prime Ministers, Foreign Ministers and hundreds of political figures from Europe and all other continents participate in the Forum's proceedings.
The forum was opened by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
