President Ilir Meta has shared the message given at the Forum he attended in Malta "For Culture and a Just Peace"
The Head of State spoke about the role of leadership in a democratic country. According to him, true leadership involves vision and the determination to look ahead.
Meta emphasized that undemocratic leaders oppress their peoples and divide nations, paving the way for expansionist ambitions.
"We all live under the same sky, but we look at different horizons. True leadership involves the vision and determination to look ahead, towards a brighter future, serving the people, the country, and protecting peace.
True leadership means being able to foresee any potential danger and act in advance, working tirelessly and inspiring people towards tolerance, inclusiveness, dialogue and harmony among citizens and between nations.
Undemocratic leaders oppress their people, divide nations, and pave the way for expansionist ambitions, causing conflict and threatening peace.", Meta declared.
