Inter's Argentine striker Martinez is expected to renew his contract with the Milanese club.
In meetings between the player's manager and club executives, it was agreed in principle to renew until 2024 with a salary of 4.5 million euros, plus various bonuses.
It is expected that signatures will be signed at the end of the month when everything will be made official.
