The problem with citizens' addresses is no longer just a few sporadic cases, but there are many people who unexpectedly find their address changed.
This time, it was Preç Zogaj, columnist and writer, who said that they transferred him to Lezhë.
In the show "Java", Zogaj says that he is the only one from the family who moved to Lezhë, while he emphasizes that he has been voting in Tirana for about 30 years.
"It has become a big mess with this issue of electoral lists. Even today, my son, looking to register a license, found out that his father was transferred to Lezha. I am really from Lezha, but I have been voting in Tirana for 25-30 years and I have not been informed. What happens to these lists?"- declared Zogaj.
Regarding the relocation of addresses, the PD has denounced this phenomenon and has even filed a lawsuit in SPAK against the Minister of the Interior Sandër Lleshaj and the General Director of the Civil Status Bledar Doracaj.
On the other hand, Minister Lleshaj and Doracaj have accepted the phenomenon but have said that this has nothing to do with the relocation of voting centers.
