The Secretary General of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, commented on the "Open" show on Top Channel on President Ilir Meta's statement calling for the full opening of the electoral lists and openly opposing the formula proposed by the Socialist Party.
Regarding this, the number two of the SP said that with that statement the President has left office and started the campaign for his party.
"The president has left the presidency and started campaigning for his party, or for the opposition as a whole.Balla declared.
Balla then spoke about the constitutional changes for lists of candidates for MPs.
Balla said that with the system proposed by the Socialist Party, some politicians may consider their position. He even went further and said that if he does not receive votes for a mandate, he will consider his political life.
"If I don't get enough votes for one mandate, I will reconsider my position. This is what all those who are not voted for by the citizens should do."said Balla.
