
Two people have been arrested in Pogradec after being accused of coercing a person into giving away property through threats.
Citizens Gëzim Memelli, 68, and Enver Shaho, were captured by the police.
The two detainees were arrested after they pressured a 40-year-old man in order to give him a loan statement in the amount of 5 million lek.

The police of Pogradec have arrested two people, as they are accused of the criminal offense of "Extortion through threats to give away property".
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Pogradec Police Station made the arrest of citizens in flagrante delicto:
Gëzim Memelli, 68 years old, resident of Tirana.
Enver Shaho, 46 years old, resident of Pogradec.
Their arrest was made after it is suspected that these citizens on 20.08.2020, in Pogradec, exerted pressure on a 40-year-old man, in order for the latter to sign a notarial loan statement with the above-mentioned two, worth 500.000 ALL .
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance in Pogradec for further investigation.
