Police have detained a 31-year-old man after he allegedly stabbed a 46-year-old man today.
The incident occurred in the village of Kasnicë, while the injured man with the initials AS was admitted to the Fier hospital.
The police also seized the cutting tool from the 31-year-old with the initials AS.

The suspected perpetrator of the stabbing of a 46-year-old man in the village of Kasnicë, Patos, was captured in record time.
At around 12:20, citizen PS, 46 years old, resident of Kasnica, was injured with a cold weapon (knife) and went to the Fier Regional Hospital.
Immediately after receiving the notification, an investigation group was set up and solved the incident in record time, arresting the suspected perpetrator, citizen AS, 31 years old, resident of Kasnicë, Patos, who, for weak motives, stabbed citizen AS, 46 years old, in the village of Kasnicë.
After committing the crime, the 31-year-old fled the scene in his "Benz" vehicle, but thanks to the rapid investigative and operational actions of police officers, it was possible to capture and arrest the suspected perpetrator in flagrante delicto in the village of Drizare, Mallakastër.
The knife and the vehicle in which the perpetrator fled were seized as material evidence.
The injured 46-year-old is at the Fier Regional Hospital under the care of doctors.
The materials will be forwarded to the Prosecution Office at the Fier Court of First Instance for the criminal offense of "Attempted Intentional Murder".
