The Tirana Court has decided to keep in prison some of the people who were arrested yesterday for forging passes and tickets for urban public transport lines in Tirana. While some others have been placed under house arrest.
The court has imposed the following measures: Fatos Vrapi, 60 years old - house arrest, Albana Vrapi, 51 years old - house arrest, Evisa Vora, 33 years old - mandatory reporting, Lulezim Allaraj, 47 years old - prison arrest, Aldi Duka, 39 years old - prison arrest, Klodian Qato, 42 years old - house arrest.
Anastas Ibrahimi – house arrest as well as his father Ferdinand Ibrahimi – house arrest.
8 people were arrested two days ago, employees of public transportation companies in Tirana, who are suspected of being involved in a scheme to forge passes and tickets.
According to the police, 150 counterfeit urban tickets have been seized, which if sold would be worth 000 new lekë.
