The action of the Court of Durres, which threw down one of its decisions, by re-judging it tomorrow at the same court level, is the destruction of the rule of law and violation of every law, standard and concept of justice.
This action is pure violence: the violence of an autocratic-criminal regime against the Constitution, against democracy, against citizens.
But the fathers of justice reform, hundreds of justice workers, hundreds of media "intellectuals" and usually noisy diplomats in Tiana have remained silent, as if nothing happened.
Silence is everyone's interest. The fathers of the reform are silent because this is the justice they want and finally achieve: in their service, for political and corrupt interests; justice workers are silent because they are afraid of revenge and the revenge of the fathers of the reform; media intellectuals are silent that they are nourished by the mercy of the fathers of the reform; foreign diplomats, some co-fathers of the reform, are silent because they want to hide the spectacular failure of their arrogant and mediocre experiment.
The victims of their self-defeating silence are ordinary people, democracy, the stability of Albania and the future of Albanians.
