The Democratic Party is holding a meeting with business representatives in the country. The meeting will be attended by the leader of the DP, other MPs and business representatives in Tirana.
In his speech, Basha emphasized the deterioration of the business climate, the increase in taxes, and the bankruptcy of many businesses as a result of government policies.
He invited them to the February 16 protest called by the united opposition. Business representatives have expressed their concerns, saying that the economy is going downhill and they feel this more than anyone else.
Also participating in this meeting was the representative of the ruling German party, CDU, who is the chief economic advisor of this political force, Martin Henze.
He said he believes in the DP's program and has offered German and Danish assistance in drafting reforms that will help overcome the crisis.
