3 people have been arrested by the Lushnja police after being caught with 30 doses of narcotics e suspected of being in possession of heroin and a pistol-type weapon.
Police notification:
Operation with proactive methods by the Lushnja Police Station, Investigation Section e Narcotics at the Fier Police Station and the Lushnje Prosecutor's Office. 30 doses of narcotics are seized e suspected Heroin, a quantity of the narcotic Cannabis Sativa and 1 pistol with 8 cartridges.
3 citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto. The Lushnje Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the Fier Local Police Directorate and the Lushnje Prosecutor's Office, successfully completed the operation codenamed "Louse".
After a 3-month investigation followed by proactive methods by officers eThe Lushnja Police Station was able to arrest three citizens in flagrante delicto:
E.Ç, 34 years old, resident of Lushnje.
E.Ç, 39 years old, resident of Lushnje.
E.K, 38 years old, resident of Lushnje.
During the inspections carried out on the premises e frequented by people eThe following were found and seized:
•30 doses of narcotics e Heroin suspect
•A quantity of narcotics e suspected Cannabis Sativa.
•A firearm e type of pistol
•A comb with 8 pieces of cartridges.
For all three citizens e arrested, Court e The Lushnje Court of First Instance has set the measure e Security "Arrest with imprisonment" for the criminal offense "Production and sale e "narcotics" e committed in collaboration, provided for by Article 283/2 of the Criminal Code.
Actions are continuing. e further investigation in order to document efull extent of this criminal activity as well as other accomplices involved.
